A number studies carried out in recent years conclude that it is in fact physically possible due to the release of chemicals in the brain such as dopamine, oxytocin, adrenalin and vasopressin some of which act in tandem, creat a high that could be falling in love.
When we are falling in love our brain producing a variet of physical and emotional responses. In 2017 a study happend at the university of Groningen revealed that love at first sight may actual be a "positive illusion" meaning that you and your partner may think you fell in love.
